Removal
Asset Removal is a de-acquisition process
that involves removing equipment from your
facility in preparation for reverse
logistics. It begins with a complete audit
prior to the removal of the equipment or
product. Bar codes are created for each
piece of equipment during removal. Codes are
used to track the reverse logistics process
through Technical Processing and
Remarketing. Serial number, manufacturer,
asset tag, or other relevant data can track
equipment.
Since
Asset Removal requires on-site activity and
local delivery capabilities, we outsource
this activity to qualified third party
vendors and manage the process remotely.
